Innoopract offers support for the Rich Ajax Platform (RAP) and for Eclipse as a tooling platform. The latter is an integral component of Yoxos Enterprise.

Our support gives companies with RAP problems or Eclipse tools access to a competent partner with guaranteed response times. Support packages can be fitted to your specific needs.

1. Module JEE Support – JDT, WST, JST - Email and phone support for JDT, WST, JST with a support allocation of 8 hours/month
   
   
2. Module Europa Support – Support for Eclipse Europa Projects - Email and phone support for JDT, WST, JST, BIRT, TPTP, CDT, DTP, EMF and Visual Editor with a support allocation of 8 hours per month.
